What is a rolling roof?

A rolling roof or smart awning is better known now as a retractable roof. We have come along way from the old crank up and down awnings.

These new systems which are fully automated come with features such as adjustable fin louvers which are not only fully retractable, but are capable of tilting while in place to allow defused sunlight to enter.

These new systems are fully water proof and boast a built in gutter system which eliminates water build up and eventual leakage. These systems although used mostly for pergolas, are completely adaptable to sunrooms.. We also carry a retractable rolling roof made from a polymer based material, which is not only extremely durable, but comes in many colors, this type of roof is used mostly with pergolas and can be outfitted with lighting and as with all our systems is fully remote operated.
